Especially useful for getting low-angle dolly shots, the Matthews Dutti Dolly Starter Kit is machined from durable 6061 T-6 aluminum, weighs only 35 lb yet supports 800 lb, and features an integrated Mitchell plate. Eight in-line skate wheels enable the dolly to roll over a smooth flat surface or glide on a straight track. This dolly features a platform height under 2" above the surface or track, and its Mitchell mounting plate is machined into the platform, enabling you to mount your head directly on the platform for extreme low-angle dolly shots. A Mitchell riser kit and 100mm bowl adapter are included with the Dutti Dolly.
Stable, Portable Dolly
The Dutti Dolly's 1/2" thick aluminum platform and widely spaced wheels create a stable shooting platform. Eight 3/8"-16 threads enable you to mount optional accessories such as a camera bazooka, elevator, or even a dolly seat. Optional accessory wings allow you to fit a tripod with a 30" or smaller diameter footprint on the Dutti Dolly. Slots machined into the front and back of the platform make it easy to carry.
Floor or Track Use
The Dutti Dolly rolls straight on a flat smooth surface or on virtually any straight dolly track. Use with separately available 1.75" round or 1.75" square tracks, or with the Dutti track rails.
Replaceable Wheels
The dolly wheels can be removed and replaced if needed.
Mitchell Mount and Riser
The Mitchell mount is machined into the platform and features four-keyway locating slots, enabling you to mount your head with a Mitchell base directly onto the platform without sacrificing control or stability. The Dutti Dolly also includes a Mitchell riser for raising your head by 2.5".
800 lb Capacity
Supports up to 800 lb of camera and operator while rolling smoothly along a flat surface or dolly track.
Capture Low-Angle Shots
Suitable for creating extreme low-angle dolly shots, using with a bazooka camera riser or elevator, or as a dolly, the camera operator can easily step onto or off from during the shot.
