Baby Receiver Nail on Plate

Plate used for mounting a baby (5/8") pin on the ground or on a wall. Terminates in a 3" long baby (5/8") receiver. Comes with (1) 3/8-16" t-handle lock off knob. Typically referred to as a pigeon plate.
