Baby Receiver Nail on Plate

Plate used for mounting a baby (5/8") pin on the ground or on a wall. Terminates in a 3" long baby (5/8") receiver with one 3/8"-16 t-handle lock-off knob. Typically referred to as a pigeon plate.
